  • Deep expertise in vendor collaboration, technology licensor evaluation, cross-functional team building and organisational development for large capital projects.

Gopal Dekate

Senior Executive Vice President

  • 38+ years of experience in the gasification and refining industry in India.
  • Worked extensively with Jindal Steel & Power, Indian Oil Corporation and BPCL, from grassroot implementation through to commissioning of complex gasification and refining projects.
  • A rare practitioner with end-to-end project execution experience across India's most demanding industrial environments.

Arun Vaidya

General Manager – Mining

  • Over 20 years of experience in mining operations, explorations, statutory compliances and oversight.
  • Industry veteran in production planning, government and regulatory liaison, statutory compliance, and Safety & Quality SOPs.
  • Responsible for the management of New Era's dedicated coal mine in Bhadrawati and WCL coal linkage arrangements.
